Depending on your problem, our assistants will help you find a solution, explaining how to reach the nearest bike shop or your next accommodation.

Only in exceptional cases will we come to help you on site. We’ll provide you with a repair kit (tire levers and a spare tube), so in the event of a puncture you won’t have to wait for us!
