- Virtual assistant. The website offers an assistant based on artificial intelligence. When you interact with it, you are communicating with an automated system, not with a person.
In all these cases we guarantee transparency: you know when you are interacting with AI or with content it has generated. Relevant decisions remain subject to human oversight.
What we do NOT do
We do not use artificial intelligence practices prohibited by the AI Act (e.g. deceptive manipulation, social scoring, emotion recognition or biometric categorisation of users for purposes that are not allowed).
